About Me

Hi, I'm Teresse!

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology. In 2025, I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, combining my academic background with my lifelong passion for fitness and wellness.

Throughout my journey, I've developed a deep appreciation for how the mind and body work together. My education in neuroscience and behavioral psychology has given me a unique perspective on building sustainable habits, while my experience as a trainer has shown me that true success comes from creating a balanced lifestyle— not chasing perfection or a number on the scale.

I specialize in helping men and women build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that fit their lives. My approach focuses on evidence-based training, practical nutrition guidance, and behavior change strategies that make a healthy lifestyle feel achievable and enjoyable.
